EXCHANGES: If you receive an item that is defective, we will happily exchange it within 30 days, and ship a new replacement. Please simply Contact Us and provide the following information:

  • Email
  • Order number
  • How we can help you

Once we’ve verified the details, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address to ship your package. Please include this number with your shipment to us containing the product for an exchange. (We can not process returned packages without the RMA#.) 

PLEASE NOTE: due to the sensitive nature of the products and health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns. In the event there is a special circumstance when we will accept a return, a 15% return processing fee applies and the purchaser is responsible for shipping it back.

Simply Contact Us to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) within 30-days of purchase. We can not process returned packages without the RMA).
