For a rechargeable toy, please allow it to charge for 1.5 hours prior to usage. To turn it on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to make sure your toy is not travel-locked.
Please test all battery-operated toys with fresh batteries to ensure your items are working properly. If your product doesn't turn on, please double-check that all batteries are inserted properly. If your item still does not turn on, try switching the direction of the batteries.

If your order was placed after 11:30 AM PST, you have 24 hours to update your order. Simply reach out to service@ticklekitty.com with your request, and your order will be updated before shipping the next day.
We do not carry spare chargers at this time. Please reach out to the manufacturer directly for a replacement.

If you placed your order after 11:30 AM PST, simply contact us before 11:30 AM PST the following day and we will be able to fix it for you.
